About me:
Hello gamers! My name is miztik and I’m an ex-professional player and currently the coach of RLCS team Alpine Esports. I spent most of my career as a player from 2016 to 2019 and throughout that time I played for some of the best teams in Europe (FlipSid3, Northern Gaming, Mockit). More recently I have spent 7 months coaching Veloce Esports and will be continuing my coaching career through GamersRdy.
As a player some of my biggest accomplishments include being an RLCS Grand Finalist back in season 3 with Mockit Esports, winning Dreamhack Sweden with FlipSid3 Tactics and winning WSOE 4 with FlipSid3 Tactics. Other accomplishments I had as a player include finishing 3rd in RLCS Season 2 finals with Northern Gaming and competing in RLCS from season 1 – 7.
I spent 7 months coaching Veloce Esports and in that time I would be watching lots of replays from our own team and all of our competition, I would then analyse our opponents upcoming in our next RLCS match and work out a game plan to maximise our odds for that team’s playstyle. I would also sit in on scrims and try to give feedback on aspects of our game that we needed to improve or change. In our two seasons together we managed a 5-6th place finish at RLCS Finals in Madrid and a 6th place finish in EU finals.
What a session with me will look like:
- Firstly, we would setup a conversation on discord and maybe play a few games together to get an understanding of your level.
- Then depending on your desired playlist you would send over replays of your choosing.
- We would go over the replays in a discord call and I would go over the highs and lows of your playstyle and walk you through alternatives to certain situations.
- Afterwards I would give you a plan to use going forward to help you improve. This might include mentality changes, training packs and aspects to focus on while you play
As a former player I’d like to think I have a unique POV when it comes to coaching, I’ve been through a lot of different metas and changes to Rocket League and I enjoy putting my 5000 hours of playing knowledge into coaching and helping players improve.
